Executive Chef Tony Walker, creates bountiful meals that anyone will enjoy, from hearty favorite such as pot pies to extravagant lamb dishes.  There are specials everyday of the week, start with a soup of the day or our classic conch chowder, then have a taste of succulent chicken kabobs, followed by prime rib served with a red wine demi sauce, mashed potato and vegetable medley.
